DescriptionThe finance.brussels group SRIB/GIMB aims at providing financial support for the creation, reorganisation or expension of private companies located in the region. It has a broad scope and a large majority of economic sectors can benefit from its interventions. In bringing equity or quasi-equity capital to Brussels SMEs, the finance.brussels group SRIB/GIMB aims to facilitate their creation and development, while also generating a financial leverage effect since its early intervention should facilitate access to bank’s financing.
In addition to investment, the finance.brussels group SRIB/GIMB aims at supporting entrepreneurs in all phases of their company’s development and to assist them in their decision-making. In particular BRUSTART is a subsidiary of the finance.brussels, which is providing financial solutions to young innovative companies that are in the launching or starting-up phase. It supports technological innovation through the seed-capital fund, which is directed towards spin-off companies.
